At Dudububushop, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Dudububushop account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
